User Registration

If you sign up through our contact registration form, we will collect your mobile phone number, email and name. Once you are signed up, we will use a unique User ID to identify your User account. We will call all this data “User Data.”

Therapists, Counselors and Coaches: Review and examine personal and professional background, experience, and certification.
Service Recipients: Verify User details.

We will process Personal Data to detect and handle inappropriate User content. This may result in restricting the inappropriate User’s access to the Service through warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent banning.

Your Rights as a User

You have the following rights regarding your Personal Data:

Access and Copy: You can access your Personal Data and receive a copy of it.
Correction: You can request corrections to inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data.
