Kirsten

EATING DISORDER & ADDICTIONS COUNSELOR

Kirsten is a dedicated coach with lived experience in eating disorders, ADHD, and trauma. Passionate about guiding individuals toward self-empowerment and personal growth, she helps clients navigate life’s challenges with a compassionate and holistic approach.

Coaching Approach

Understanding that self-improvement and recovery from disordered food and body behaviors is a complex process, Kirsten provides structured support to help clients establish a life aligned with their authentic selves. Her coaching approach focuses on physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being, addressing limiting beliefs and unhelpful coping mechanisms.

While coaching can be an effective tool, Kirsten is not a therapist or medical professional. Her methods are rooted in mindfulness, meditation, nervous system regulation, accountability, somatic embodiment techniques, and spiritual development.

She aligns with philosophies such as Intuitive Eating, All Foods Fit, Anti-Diet, HAES, and Bottom-Up approaches to healing.

Clients receive practical tools to navigate triggers, build resilience, and show up in life as their most authentic selves.
